What Kind of Insurance Do I need?
Often insurance companies will give you a list of insurance options and expect you to pick out what's right for you, without even explaining each one. At Blaze Insurance we want each of our customers to be familiar with different types of insurance therefore we complied a list of the different types of coverage for auto insurance.
Collision Coverage:
The purpose of collision coverage is to insure your car in case of any accident or collision with another vehicle.
Bodily Injury Coverage:
The purpose of bodily injury coverage is covering medical bills acquired through an accident. It will cover your medical bills as well as your family's.
Personal Injury Coverage:
The purpose of personal injury coverage is to pay compensation in case of an accident that leaves you unable to work. If there is mortality, personal injury will also pay for funeral expenditures.
Comprehensive Coverage:
The purpose of comprehensive coverage is to insure your car for non-collision related problems. This is good to have if you keep a car in your garage and do not drive it. It will cover such disasters as fire and water damage.
Uninsured Coverage:
The purpose of uninsured coverage is to protect yourself from those who do not carry insurance. Your car will still be paid for and you will not have to go through the agony of not being able to file your claim. |
